About the founder
Mr. Nirav Tripathi , The founder and chairperson of The Diya Group is an Indian Australian businessman and philanthropist. He has completed his masters of Professional Accounting from Australia. Mr Tripathi has started his business journey with just $ 800 and in 10 years under his presidency Mr Tripathi conglomerate Diya Group Of Companies with more than 20 companies worldwide.
Mr Tripathi combines his passion for Sports and Philanthropy, working with global sports personalities to create the path for less privilege kids and youth to reach the highest destination through sports. Mr Tripathi owner of Football League, is the founding partner of Football For Peace (FFP) , Indian Chapter. FFP is endorsed by United Nation Office on Sports for Development and Peace.

Sangeeta Tripathi is the co founder of The Diya Group. She has completed her Masters in International Business Management from London. Mrs Tripathi is working for Women Empowerment through Sports and Traditional Indian Handicraft. Mrs Tripathi is a philanthropist and has the passion and dedication for the development of Special Kids. Mrs Tripathi is Chairperson of Diya Foundation who imparts training of all sports to under privilege, meritorious girls from slum areas and bestow the correct direction to become professional player.
Mrs Tripathi assists the women for self empowerment and aid them to flourish the rich and traditional Indian Handicraft lineage .
Namit Mathur
Namit Mathur holds 24 years of enriched experience in banking & IT sector, he comes from the technology background. He was holding senior position in India’s leading IT company i.e. HCL Infotech Ltd. for more than 5 Years. He had worked with ICICI Bank & Bank of Rajasthan before joining HCL.
He has remarkable exposure of various types of businesses while working on various projects. His efforts and, contributions are appreciated by higher management from time to time.
Namit is taking active part in promoting sports in India. India has talent but due to un-availability of proper training and coaching they are not able to perform as per their capability. He comes with an idea to provide the best of the training and coaching to ensure, depending on the individual’s talent that he or she plays at the district, state, national or international levels.
Connie de Cunha
Connie is an Australian citizen and is an award- winning project director and an entrepreneur. She is highly regarded for generating innovative ideas and delivering complex projects and programs with State and National significance in Australia and overseas over the past 18 years across various industries such as infrastructure, information and communication technology, transport and supply chain, mining, renewable energy and, oil and gas. With a background in accounting and computer science, Connie is a Certified Practising Project Director in Australia and has a Master in Business Administration. She is the founder and the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Australia Philippines and a Board Member of the Brisbane Lord Mayor Multicultural Business Round Table. Through her work, she is influential with heads of government and captains of industry, and influential in trade policies.
